How it Works

Your bike will be delivered, assembled, and safety checked when and where you want it! Check out our partners below. *Charges may apply depending on bike brand selected.

Order your Bike

Select your bike from one of our velofix DIRECT or Delivery partners.
Delivery & Assembly

Your bike will be shipped to you and then a velofix rider support technician builds the bike, and performs a full safety inspection at time of delivery.
Not happy? Easily handle returns with Canyon/velofix support

Returning a bike can be a hassle! If you choose velofix DIRECT as a delivery option, your returns are easily handled by Canyon and velofix. A expert technician can box it and ship it back, at no cost to you.
Warranty Assistance

If for some reason your bike needs warranty work, velofix is there to assist. By choosing velofix DIRECT you ensure that you do not have to ship your bike back, bring your bike to a shop, or take on additional costs for warranty service.
Service

Every bike needs a service once in a while. To make sure that your bike runs smoothly, book an on-site service with one of our velofix rider support technicians. After all, we will know your bike inside-and-out, having done your build.

Amazon

Select from a variety of over 3,000 bikes listed on Amazon and receive free assembly from a velofix mechanic. Choose an eligible bike, select a size, and click on the “select assembly preference” button. You can then choose to have your bike shipped to your home where a velofix mechanic will come to assemble it.
