It was time for a pre-race tune-up, so based upon a recommendation from someone else who had used him, I booked an appointment with Jacob. He showed up right on time this morning at my house and spent 3 1/2 hours going over my bike from top to bottom. He fixed an issue I had with my Power Meter pedals, answered all my questions, cleaned up the cockpit area (cords, etc.), and was super personable the whole time. My bike looks amazing and is in perfect shape for racing. Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable and obviously enjoys what he does. All that, plus the convenience of them coming to you – awesome.
